According to the results of the annual study of the effectiveness of Internet banks for small businesses, Business Internet Banking Rank 2018, Loсko-Bank took the 7th place in the rating for a convenient and intuitive interface. Overall 25 banks participated in the research.
A new internet banking for business is completely made in-house by Loko-Bank’s remote services development team. The main primary functionality of the system was created in just 3 months. Work on the development of the Internet bank for entrepreneurs does not stop: new services are added, monthly updates are released. The development of the introduction of a uniform design and interface in all remote products of the bank are continued, which will allow entrepreneurs to navigate services for both legal entities and individuals easily.
In accordance with the strategy, Locko-Bank continues to develop remote customer services, creating an opportunity for entrepreneurs to use services anywhere in the world. This year, the bank launched a service for remote opening of current accounts. Representatives of regional small business, where the bank’s offices is not represented, can open an account entirely online. All communication with the bank is made through remote channels. The paperwork and the necessary operations are carried out without visiting the offices.
