LOCKO-Bank placed ordinary registered uncertificated shares by private subscription in the amount of 500 000 pcs, 50% of total number of securities of the issue have been actually placed. Nominal value and actual price of placement – 1 000 per share. Total placement volume was 500 m roubles.
