LOCKO-Bank took first place in the rating of client oriented banks

LOCKO -Bank took the first place in the rating of client oriented banks according to Sravni.ru based on the results of January. The rating of banks is calculated based on the number and quality of reviews, as well as the activity of bank representatives in solving user problems.

The final score was the sum of points for three indicators: the number of complaints about the bank's retail business, the average score of credited reviews about the bank, and the number of official responses of the bank to the number of credited reviews. LOCKO -Bank got 127 points in total, beating Tinkoff Bank and Public Joint Stock Company "The Ural Bank for Reconstruction and Development", which were placed on the 2nd and 3rd line of the rating, respectively. The study involved 48 Russian banks.
