LOCKO placed additional bond issue BO-05 on 1 billion rubles

On 14th of August Locko-Bank placed in full additional issue No1 of stock bonds series BO-05 and nominal volume of 1,000,000,000 (one billion) rubles with a maturity of 17 July 2018. As a result, the aggregate nominal value of stock bonds series BO-05 amounted to 4 billion rubles.

The allocation price (without Accumulated coupon income) made 100.10% of the face value, the effective yield is amounted to 14.33%. The order book was closed on the top of the range of the offering price with the scope of investors more than 10 Russian banks. Put option will be held on July 22, 2016. The rates of the 5th and 6th coupons were set earlier at 14% per annum.

Placement of the additional stock bond issue was held by public subscription on ZAO "MICEX Stock Exchange". Depositary of the issue is NKO ZAO NSD. The issue is included in the Lombard list of the Bank of Russia and in the quotation list of the first level of ZAO "MICEX Stock Exchange".

The organizers of the additional issue were CJSC IC "Loco-Invest" and OAO "Rosselkhozbank". Technical underwriter is LOCKO-Bank.
