Notification to creditors About the change of location (address) of Joint stock company "LOCKO-Bank"

Hereby Joint stock company "LOCKO-Bank" (hereinafter referred to as «the Bank»), the General License of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for conducting banking operations No. 2707 of 14.09.2015, the main state registration number (OGRN) 1057711014195

notifies that on May 18th, 2017 the general meeting of shareholders of the Bank (Minutes No. 01) decided to approve changes to the Bank's Charter related to the change of location. The Bank's general shareholders meeting determines the new location (address) of the Bank at the address:

Russia, 125167, Moscow, Leningradsky prospect, building 39, structure 80.

Currently, the Bank is carrying out actions aimed at registering relevant changes in the Bank's Charter in authorized state bodies. The specified changes connected with the change of location, will come into force from the moment of the state registration of such changes and entering a corresponding record in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

The change in the location of the Bank does not entail any change in the Bank's correspondent account and the name of the territorial institution of the Bank of Russia in which the Bank's correspondent account is opened, any changes or termination of the rights and obligations of the Bank towards its customers, counterparties and partners. Re-registration of contracts using the new location of the Bank is not required, all contracts and agreements concluded by the Bank earlier shall retain their effect.
