LOCKO-Bank Increased Mortgage Program Partners Range

In June “Investtrust” company, one of the largest developers in New Moscow, joined the Bank’s partners. Clients got the possibility to use mortgage products range to buy apartments in the neighborhood “New Vatutinki”.

LOCKO-Bank provides mortgage loans at the rate of 11.5% - 13.5% annually. The maximum repayment period is 30 years, full or partial prepayment is possible without any time and commission restrictions. The minimum loan amount is RUB 500 thousands; the initial payment is 15% of total apartment cost. Additionally, there is the opportunity to make income confirmation according to bank form. “New Vatutinki” is a district in New Moscow in 14 kilometers from MRHW to Kaluga road. Social, transport and commercial infrastructure will be created at the first steps of construction: a nursery school for 220 children, layered surface parking, shops and consumer service objects.
