In 2011 the Bank issued loans to SME segment for over 35 bn roubles.
In 2011 the major objective of the Bank in SME segment was active promotion of credit products, attraction of new clients and development of relationships with its clients –4 000 companies and individual entrepreneurs.
By the end of 2011 the Bank managed to put together high quality credit portfolio of 16,3 bn roubles, which enabled the Bank to become No. 15 in the respective RBC
2011 success is in many ways is attributed to regional branches and two specialised Moscow branches. “In 2012 we shall focus on the strengthening of our traditional competitive advantages. We are good at building long-term, partnership relations with our clients, so that the companies of entirely different segments are able to make the most of their cooperation with the Bank. LOCKO-Bank launched SME lending program in 2004. Major advantages of Bank’s credit products are flexible approach to the assessment of borrowers, an option to pledge up to 100% of goods for sale, quick credit approval process, personalized and high quality service at every stage of communication between the Bank and the client. Lending to SME segment is provided in over 20 branches of LOCKO-Bank regional network.
