LOCKO-Bank Launched Microsoft CRM-System Successfully

LOCKO-Bank integrated CRM-System based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM for improving individual customers’ service level. KORUS Consulting, the best Russian integrator of Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2012 and 2013, became a partner.

Automatization was made in all bank’s branches in 21 regions. The main focus was on business process automatization in SME and retail business development and sales management. Due to consolidated client base that allowed saving time to get necessary information, transparency of banking products sales department increased significantly. Integrated system for effectiveness analysis and control transactions at all stages of the sales process improved quality level in work with each particular client. Marketing division got a strong tool that allows analyzing the feedback depending on the type of activity and client reaction.
