LOCKO-Bank’s internet banking for business entered the TOP-20 of the best according to the Business Online Banking 2020

LOCKO-Bank’s internet banking for legal entities entered the TOP-20 of the best according to the results of 2019. The Business Online Banking 2020 research was conducted by the association of small and medium-sized business banking experts SME Banking Club.

The rating disclosure and voting for the best bank in the region was held on July 10 at the Expert Council - a closed event with banks-finalists of the research, as well as banks-members of SME Banking Club. Petr Shterkel, Director of Product Development for Small and Medium Business of LOCKO-Bank, took part in the Expert Council, who spoke about the functionality and innovations in the Internet banking for entrepreneurs of LOCKO-Bank.

In 2020, SME Banking Club made a series of s researches - TOP20 Business Online Banking 2020, TOP20 Mobile Business Banking 2020, TOP20 Ecosystems for SMEs. Their goal was to research trends and best practices in the implementation of digital services for small and medium-sized businesses.

In the course of research on Internet banking, the functionality of 90 online banks and neobanks from 9 countries was analyzed in detail, selected on the basis of data on the market share of banking institutions. A detailed analysis of online banks was based on 140 criteria, the analyzed functions were combined into 12 main blocks representing the maximum possible functionality of Internet banking for business.

In addition, during the research, there were interviews with bank specialists responsible for the development of Internet banking for business. Based on the analysis, a rating was made and the TOP-20 best banks for business in the CIS countries, the Caucasus and Ukraine were selected.
