Locko-Bank became a winner in nomination for «The best bank in providing services to SME» which was held within annual Moscow City Government competition «Moscow entrepreneur 2015» on 31st of May, 2016.
Active support by Locko-Bank of SME business clients, the launching of innovative service for providing the performance bank guarantees throughout Russia remotely, has allowed Locko-Bank to take a leading position in these segments. Since launching the project the bank has issued more than 13 thousand guarantees to SMEs clients. In addition, recently, due to changes in federal laws on procurement, the demand for debt financing and for such products as contract execution and tender guarantees has increased dramatically fr om SMEs representatives. As a result, in 2015 the bank entered the TOP 3 credit organizations by the number of issued guarantees for SMEs, and took the 12th place among the largest Russian banks in terms of lending to small and medium-sized enterprises.

The annual Moscow City Government competition «Moscow entrepreneur 2015» has been held since 1998. The purpose of the competition is to identify the best companies in Moscow, promoting them in the market and the provision of comprehensive support to the winners and awardees of the contest. In addition, the event proves to be a platform for business communication, business and government interaction. The event became a place wh ere the participants expand the range of business contacts, share best practices, form up new business models, get an access to the latest information, these all help to develop its own business.
